International Policy:

Due to the high volume of Credit Card Fraud, all international orders must be paid in advance Via Western Union Wire-Transfer. All International orders must be processed by email or Fax. The Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling charges on all exchanges we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If the items are returned in good condition (whole dozens only), the merchandise credit amount is the price paid for the item, less shipping and handling fee and a 25% restocking fee may or may not be imposed depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. If you are placing an order for new merchandise, the restocking fee will be waived.

International Deliveries:

The countries that we ship to outside of the United States of America are listed on our website. If your country is not listed, but you would like to order from us you can contact us via our email address under Contact US. Let us know what your country is and we will let you know if we will take your order and you will have to pay by Western Union wire transfer for your order. We feel that this is the safest way for us to do business together.

Customs and/or Import Fees:

You may be subject to import duties, fees, VAT or taxes, which are imposed once your package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost.
